• Project details you choose to share, including location, property type, design requirements, budget expectations, preferred dates, saved references, and links to plans or photographs.
• Messages sent through the design assistant and the conversation identifier used to connect replies. Messages are stored on our server as well as in the current browser session.
• Site-visit requests, newsletter subscriptions, and client project records when you use those services.
• Technical information available to our hosting and security systems, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information, to operate and protect the website.

We use your information to answer inquiries, arrange consultations, prepare design proposals, manage active projects, provide customer support, and improve our services. We also use assistant messages to provide replies and follow up on requests. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the email address you provide for those updates; you can ask us to stop them using the contact details below.

If you use the design assistant, recent messages may be sent to Google Gemini or OpenAI to generate a reply. We try to remove email addresses, phone numbers, and obvious secrets before sending them, but this may not catch every personal detail. Do not share passwords, payment details, private invoices, or other confidential documents in the assistant.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our website, communicate with you, or deliver services. Depending on the feature and provider, information may be processed outside Bangladesh. Embedded platforms and links—such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social media—operate under their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.

Browser storage supports specific features:

• Local storage remembers your appearance preference and saved space collection in that browser. These remain until you remove them or clear the site’s browser data.
• Session storage keeps your assistant conversation in the current browser session. Starting a fresh conversation clears the current chat from that session, but does not delete copies already stored on our server.
• If you choose “Keep a draft in this tab,” enquiry details are stored in session storage and can be restored for up to two hours. You can clear the draft using the form controls.
• Essential authentication cookies support staff sign-in and protected administration.

You can remove site cookies and storage through your browser settings. Clearing browser data does not delete enquiries or messages already sent to us. Blocking storage may prevent preferences, saved references, or drafts from being remembered; you can still contact us by phone or email.

We retain inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide our services, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain business records. Retention varies by record type; closing a browser tab does not delete server records. Automated maintenance is configured to remove inactive assistant conversations that are not linked to a contact submission after 90 days, when the maintenance process runs and backup checks permit it. This is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. Project and financial records, linked conversations, and backup copies may remain longer. Contact us to request review or deletion of a particular record.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. You may also ask us to stop using your details for non-essential communications. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we encourage you not to send highly sensitive personal or financial information through standard website forms.

Our website and design services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
